We decided to treat ourselves to something special and create a unique beer for our range. We chose smoked beer, a rather rare beer style these days, which originated in Germany.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eWe therefore present to you Bamberg, a lager with a brown\/reddish color and a beechwood malt content of over 50%, historically used for this beer style. You will inevitably perceive intense smoky aromas, reminiscent of a campfire and smoked meat, complemented on the palate by a caramelized and lightly roasted grain note. The decoction process, combined with natural carbonation, gives the beer a particularly smooth and full-bodied character without sacrificing drinkability.
