I am passionate about creating exciting and unique beers from natural ingredients. It's important to me to preserve the full and natural flavor of my creations, so I don't filter my beers after fermentation and lagering. Additionally, I place great value on sustainability and use only malts and hops from regional sources in Germany and the EU.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAnd the best part? Each of my beers has its own unique story. From selecting the ingredients to the brewing process and bottling – every beer has its own journey and is created by me with love and passion.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e \u003cspan\u003eI founded my\u003c\/span\u003e \u003cspan\u003ebrewery\u003c\/span\u003e \u003cspan\u003ein mid-2019 as a cuckoo brewery. This means that I\u003c\/span\u003e don't \u003cspan\u003eyet\u003c\/span\u003e \u003cspan\u003eown my own brewery, but rather brew and bottle my beers at an existing brewery. This allows me to be more flexible and adapt my creations quickly and efficiently to my customers' needs.
