We started small because, in the beginning, all we had was our dream. We didn't own any equipment, so our first beers were brewed in another city and in a completely different mash tun. But we took it one step at a time, and soon our own, very handcrafted and hand-assembled brewery arrived from Bila Tserkva. We installed it here in Kyiv in the premises of the former wooden house—\"lisopylka\" in Ukrainian, hence the name of the brewery—and continued to pursue our dream.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e Today we have a new, state-of-the-art brewery, and we're very proud of it. Don't think we've thrown away our small but beloved old brewing equipment, because, as you might have guessed, we have BIG plans for it. And we're still dreaming big.
