And even today, we uphold two things in our brewery: tradition and innovation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e The Viennese banker found ideal conditions for a brewery in the small town of Zipf in the Hausruckviertel region of Upper Austria:\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e A spring with truly excellent water – and its proximity to the Mühlviertel hop-growing region. Austria owes one of its great beers to his pioneering spirit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eToday, our brewery employs approximately 170 people and is firmly rooted in the region.
