We decided on an Imperial Stout, and after a lengthy workshop where we tasted various stouts from different breweries, Batch 1000 was born. We wanted a robust and complex beer with rich roasted notes, the sweetness of dark chocolate, and a clean, balancing bitterness, all enveloped in a smooth, velvety body.
