Sei Montagne is a wild ale with primary fermentation by Brettanomyces Lambicus, maturation for 5 to 7 months in barrels with a microbial environment in the Brada cellar and subsequent cold brewing of Pu'er tea.

The name of this beer is derived from the famous six tea mountains of Yunnan province (China), from which most Pu'er tea originates and for which the peacock - chosen as an illustration on the label - is the symbol.

Sei Montagne is a kind of reissue, inspired by Anniversario 2017, a beer that delighted us, and which is now harmonized with some different refinements in the infusion of the Pu'er raw material to better bring out its aromatic and tactile-gustatory matrix in the drink.

Pu'er - a Chinese tea variety obtained through a microbial fermentation process from dried and rolled leaves - enhances the earthy and tannic notes of the beer, adding depth to it.

The subtle acidity, combined with a pleasant minerality, makes it easy to drink, while on the palate freshness, body, and crispness alternate with a touch of warmth. The aromas offer hints of black tea, cellar, medicinal herbs, and a medlar-like fruitiness.
