Kornfetti

The concept was always there: to make good spirits, have fun doing it, and ideally, even be successful. The decision to put it into practice was largely spontaneous. During a trip together, we discovered countless new bars, drink variations, and moods. What we couldn't find anywhere was a truly smooth grain spirit. So we decided to re-evaluate our previous experiences and jobs to see if it was up to us to change that.

After the result proved quite reliable even in daylight and with coffee, we stopped getting in each other's way. And despite some setbacks during the development phase, Nico eventually had a now legendary flash of inspiration. When the dust settled, our joint project had a name: Kornfetti.

Since we felt that Korn's slightly outdated image was a real obstacle to its rise to prominence, we entrusted the bottle design to a well-known street artist from Hamburg. Bobbie Serrano has, so to speak, perfectly shaped our product. High-quality, colorful, and vibrant. A design that reflects our eccentricity and, despite all the irony, remains transparent.

Kornfetti rewards with a cool, subtle sweetness and a surprisingly delicate nuttiness in the finish. All this is thanks to good old malt sugar, which is produced from grain starch using amylase. The resulting, already exceptionally flavorful raw distillate is then gently diluted with velvety water to a drinking strength of 32% ABV, filtered, and finally, with plenty of love and loud music, brought to Bobbie Serrano's top form.
