We collect all our beers directly from regional breweries. Short and direct routes are good for the beer and the environment.
We also receive beer deliveries by mail. We reuse the cardboard boxes provided by the breweries to send you the beer. So don't be surprised if you receive a used, not new, box.
To save resources, especially for our shipping partners, we pack your order in the smallest possible packaging size.
The founders of Rock City started brewing beer in their own kitchen in Amersfoort. Eventually, their traditionally brewed Tripel was so good that they wanted to share it with the people of Amersfoort. Since you can't sell home-brewed beer, there was only one solution: find a brewery to brew it for them.
The first 100 liters disappeared in no time, and for the first 18 months, Koene Ridder was the only beer in their range. They focus on quality, which means they make no compromises when it comes to ingredients or taste. Today, almost 10 years later, Rock City is one of the established names in the Dutch craft beer scene. They boast a wide range of beers, award-winning brews, and their own brewery with a tasting room where you can also grab a bite to eat.
