Beer Belly Cologne “Beer Level”
We're always happy to help you find the perfect beer. That's not always easy with an online shop. Therefore, we categorize our beers into four different beer levels to help you choose:
Level 1 “Easy Sip” : Beer styles such as Helles, Lager, Blonde Ales, Wheat Beer, Witbier, Kölsch, Wiess, or Altbier are easy to drink, have low bitterness, are fruity, smooth, and well-balanced. The relaxed introduction to the world of craft beers.
Level 2 “Brew Master” : Beer styles such as Pale Ales, Session IPAs, Red Ales, Bock beers, Rauchbier, West Coast Pilsner or Porter and Stouts have more pronounced hop and malt notes, mostly combined with a higher alcohol content.
Level 3 “Hop Attack” : Beer styles such as IPAs, New England IPAs, West Coast IPAs, Black IPAs, Cold IPAs, Sour IPAs or Double IPAs are characterized by more complex, often very intense aromas and have a higher to high alcohol content.
Level 4 “Beer Specialist” : This level unites the absolute “specials” among craft beers. Triple IPAs, Quadruple IPAs, Wild Ales, collaboration beers, limited special brews, Barley Wine and Barrel Aged beers are included, as well as Imperial Stouts and (Pastry) Sour Ales with unusual ingredients.
