Let's go:
"Catapult"
Brewery: Blue Tapir
Beer style: Pale Ale
Alcohol content: 5.2% vol
IBU: 35
Packaging: 0.33 liter bottle
Ingredients: Water, barley malt , wheat malt , hops, yeast
Hops: Perle, Cascade, Fuggles, Azacca, East Kent Golding, Target
Origin: Blauer Tapir Brewery Cem Toker and Kevin Kader GbR, Nietzschestr. 13, 50931 Cologne
This Pale Ale catapults you away from stress and everyday life! Intense aromas waft towards you even before the first sip. As you let what shimmers through the wet glass flow diagonally towards your lips, the hop-forward flavor of this top-fermented beer invigorates you. Notes of citrus, pine, and lychee unfold, and the hop bitterness is balanced by a subtle malt body. Katapult Pale Ale – our modern interpretation of this classic British beer style.
Yes! Katapult interprets the Pale Ale beer style with a strong emphasis on hops, but doesn't want to lose sight of its historical origins. We appreciate both the cold-hopped American Pale Ales and the more traditional Pale Ale variations found in authentic English pubs.
When you taste the Katapult, your thoughts and senses are instantly focused. A bitterness that keeps the hop aromas in vibrant tension, balanced by subtle caramel malt notes. Sip by sip, you realize how this moment belongs to you alone.

"Awesome"
Brewery: Brew Sistas Cologne
Beer style: Pale Ale
Alcohol content: 5.1% vol
IBU: 30
Packaging: 0.33 liter bottle
Ingredients: Water, barley malt , wheat malt , hops, yeast
Hops: Equinox, Cascade, Amarillo, Herkules, Hallertauer Comet
Origin: brewsistas GbR, Antoniastr. 3, 51105 Cologne
"Awesome!!" is what New Zealanders would exclaim upon enjoying this pale ale brewed with 5 first-class hop varieties.
The use of New Zealand Motueka hops, which harmonizes wonderfully with the varieties Equinox, Cascade, Amarillo, Summit, and the German Hallertauer Comet hop, results in a fruity, soft hop aroma with a delicate citrus note. The light yet present body is rounded off by Vienna malt and small amounts of caramel malt.
A well-balanced, unique, and international pale ale. Cheers!

Deep black in the glass, the HUMBUG Stout is primarily characterized by its roasted malt flavor: coffee-like associations from the very first sip, evoking thoughts of dark chocolate and roasted grain. The beer glides smoothly and creamily across your tongue and palate, maintaining its night-like harmony right through to the dry finish. The invigorating character of our stout stimulates and energizes both body and mind.
