The story
This is the result of a clever collaboration between the brewers at Hoppy Road and the heroes of La Capsule. But the real star of the show is the man himself: El Cedrico ! He personally processed and roasted the Atlas cedar wood chips before they went into the brew kettle. Consider it a 100% Nancéienne IPA ode to woodworking, with a strong flavor.
Tasting note
This is a beer for lovers of a strong hop kick! With an alcohol content of 7% Vol. and a selection of classic and fruity hops ( Columbus, Citra, Simcoe, Centennial ) results in a wonderfully resinous and hoppy Character. Expect a fruity burst from the American hops, but with this unique, lightly roasted Cedarwood note in the background. The cedar lends it depth, a touch of earthiness, and a wonderful, resinous finish. Beautiful. crisp and surprisingly complex!
Food pairing
This IPA is a wild card that loves strong flavors:
- Think of a juicy Citizens with a smoky BBQ sauce or Pulled pork . The resins and bitterness cut nicely through the fat.
- A piece of old, spicy Cheddar or a blue cheese goes perfectly with hops and wood.
- The citrus and resin notes of the hops harmonize fantastically with Currys or spicy Tacos . This beer can definitely withstand the heat of chili peppers!

We collect all our beers directly from regional breweries. Short and direct routes are good for the beer and the environment.
We also receive beer deliveries by mail. We reuse the cardboard boxes provided by the breweries to send you the beer. So don't be surprised if you receive a used, not new, box.
To save resources, especially for our shipping partners, we pack your order in the smallest possible packaging size.
