The story
Hoppy Road used all his magical powers to make this happen. Triple New England IPA to create. This is the big brother, or rather the Godfather of Hazy IPAs. They've turned the hop tap all the way on and extracted every juicy aroma from the hops to brew a beer that is both dangerously powerful and surprisingly smooth.

Tasting note
The Minas Morgul is an absolute beast in the glass. Visually, it's thick and cloudy, almost like a mango lassi. The smell is an all-out assault of Tropical fruits : Think pineapple, lime zest, coconut, and a basket full of ripe papaya. The gentle carbonation and the extreme amount of malt give it a A syrupy, thick mouthfeel . This is a gentle, sweet explosion of hops, perfect to be enjoyed in peace.

Food pairing
A TIPA of this intensity demands either balance or equally exaggerated flavors:

• The sweet, syrupy body is a perfect fire extinguisher For the spiciest dishes. Think about it. Sichuan Hotpots or Mexican chili con carne . The alcohol cuts through the spiciness, while the sweetness soothes it.
• Use this beer as a dessert wine! Try it with a decadent Pecan pie or one Crème brûlée . The caramel and vanilla in the dessert are wonderfully complemented by the sweet tropical hop notes.
• For a hearty combination: a piece of aged, salty Gouda cheese or an extra spicy one Cheddar . The saltiness and sharpness of the cheese create a nice contrast to the sweetness of the TIPA.
