Clucking Hen - Creative Brewing
CLUCKING HEN is us, Christina and Fabian, a couple from the Sauerland region of Germany, who lived together in Belgium and were captivated by the beer culture there.
After several years as homebrewers and countless beers from around the world, we launched our own label in 2018. Our beers are brewed in Belgium according to our own recipes, with meticulous craftsmanship and traditional bottle aging. They each have a distinctive flavor and character, just like the clucking hens in our garden that gave our project its name. We love what we do: showing, through our beers, just how diverse beer can be!

Our beers are brewed in small batches using natural and high-quality ingredients.
Preferably from regional partners, e.g. honey from the Paderborn region, apples from the Sauerland region...
