Wegen der zu erwartenden erhöhten Temperaturen und den damit - für das empfindliche Bier - verbundenen Komplikationen beim Versand, findet zwischen dem 25. Juni 2026 und mindestens 3. August 2026 kein Versand und keine Lieferung von Bestellungen statt. Der Checkout ist daher in dieser Zeit vorübergehend blockiert. Voraussichtlich ab dem 3. August 2026 kannst Du wie gewohnt Deine Bestellung aufgeben. 

Natürlich sind auch wieder eine Menge neue Craft Biere in der Pipeline, die beim Neustart dann auch direkt verfügbar sein werden.

Hoppebräu

" This young brewery lives and breathes beer. The family business, run by Markus Hoppe, is constantly growing and enriching the Alpine foothills with creative and traditional beers. Visitors can look into the brewery from the taproom or learn all about the production of this complex beverage on guided tours . It all started in Susi and Dirk Hoppe's garage. In January 2010, Markus brewed his first beers there under the name "Markus Hoppe's Garage Brew." In 2012, he spent 14 months in Mauritius working for the Flying Dodo Brewing Company. There, the young brewer was able to experiment extensively and gain valuable experience. In 2013, Markus really got going at home. After registering a small business, the garage quickly became too small. Hoppe Brew then began renting spare capacity from other breweries – as a so-called "cuckoo brewer." While attending master brewer school and working as a brewmaster, he brewed diligently and sold more and more beer. In 2016, Markus decided to leave the double workload and dedicate himself to the Hoppe Brew project full-time. The goal was clear – his own brewery! After overcoming all the hurdles in the building permit process, construction began in April 2018. On November 7, 2018, Markus proudly brewed his first beer at home. Since then, the team has been working enthusiastically in their new beer paradise. The long-awaited brewery restaurant, "Hoppebräus Zapferei," opened to visitors on April 24, 2019.
