Then you 've come to the right place! My name is Reimo Peters, I'm a certified master brewer and beer sommelier, and the founder of Reimos. Brauwerk . I am passionate about creating exciting and unique beers from natural ingredients. It's important to me to preserve the full and natural flavor of my creations, so I don't filter my beers after fermentation and lagering. Additionally, I place great value on sustainability and use only malts and hops from regional sources in Germany and the EU.

And the best part? Each of my beers has its own unique story. From selecting the ingredients to the brewing process and bottling – every beer has its own journey and is created by me with love and passion.

I founded my brewery in mid-2019 as a cuckoo brewery. This means that I don't yet own my own brewery, but rather brew and bottle my beers at an existing brewery. This allows me to be more flexible and adapt my creations quickly and efficiently to my customers' needs. Nevertheless, the quality of my beers is always my top priority, and I work closely with the brewery to ensure that every drop is unique and delicious.
